Way overpriced. First was given a quote of 150 for oil change. And the person approached me while i was waiting in strange way saying “it will be $150. Is that ok?”. I replied “do i have a choice “. Then when my car was taken inside, same guy came over and asked similar question “sorry, we have made a mistake. Real quote is $325. Is that ok?”. Obviously i didn’t want to leave after waiting for a while. I said ok. Then i looked up on chat gpt and chat gave me the highest quote of up to $150-$200. I even made a picture of oil used because the guy said “it’s a new bmw and you need very expensive oil”. Which was true. But the cost for oil is around $100 (i look ld up the price).
