Yellow Dog Car Wash

Just purchased our car 2 weeks ago … came out of this car wash yesterday and scratches (some of them pretty extensive on the left side of the hood) all around my car. Will NEVER recommend this place nor will I ever return. Looking at a pretty hefty bill to fix because some of them cannot be buffed out. Livid doesn’t even describe my feelings!!

Way overpriced. The back of the car will barely get cleaned when you go through the touch-free bay, the dryer sucks and it's slow...Never again. Fitchburg Auto Shower..the works including undercarriage, wax and an awesome dryer. $14. Worth the trip.

How is it? I can go through the car. Wash pay for the highest level, including wheels tires undercarriage.The whole chabang, and come out with my wheels, had muddy water on them. And the undercarriage had dry spots on it..... running boards still also had a quarter of an inch of sand on them. i went back around and made attendant aware.He sent me back through barely any improvement.Do not recommend at all

This post is to clear up any misunderstanding of the discounted loyalty cards from a previous post. The 25% discount is given when you purchase the card (i.e. you paid $75 for a $100 card). The pricing on the signs when you enter the car wash show what the discount would be for those who may want to purchase a card. Thank you for your business!!

Update 01/2026: I found the loyalty cards and their 25% bonus misleading to me, Signs are misleading as well and I checked my receipt after using loyalty card so i was charged full price not as advertised. so if you think you are paying fair prices please go ahead. Remember when Big lick was $6 then $8 then $10 then $12 in just two years. And bonus went from 50% down to now 25%. Doesn’t take long to see what’s happening. Good lick! (Luck)
