My grandma lives here, and we’ve been so impressed with the care and attention they provide…especially during the winter months. The staff does an excellent job plowing the snow promptly and keeping walkways safe and accessible, which gives our family real peace of mind. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for year-round.

Visited my mother-in-law at her yellow apt, in Newhaven by Kroger and the driveways and walkways are a hazard! Nothing has been cleared ! And the last snow and ice the family took turns salting and shoveling for her!!! Shame on them! Someone is going to slip and fall!!!!

We've just experienced close to a double digit snowfall & as always, Yellow Retirement has the plows out as well as someone who hand shovels the front porch area. This has been consistent in the six years I've lived here.
