They were assigned to me through Allstate roadside assistance. Waited 3 hours, called them to ask for an ETA and they were told they hadn’t even sent a truck out essentially because they forgot to read their email. They told me they would send a truck out and it would only be 25 minutes. I then got a call from the driver where he told me it will be another 2-3 hours. I m not going to wait an extra 3 hours when I ALREADY waited 3 hours. I cancelled the tow.

Do not use this company. I was told a time on an hour and a half, 4 hours later after I made several calls for updates (none made by the company) I was told they would do it the next day. I will not attempt to use them again. Nor should anyone else.

They are very rude they answer your question but do not wait for a response and hang up do not use their service they are not worth your money or your time

Lack of customer service. Unprofessional.

Came in 15 mins and got me out of the mud
