Went in this evening right before 5pm to get a Coolant service that was “recommended “ by my local dealership. The crew were getting everything ready to get it done and then actually checked my coolant and informed me that I didn’t need it at this time. My coolant wasn’t dirty and based on my VIN it was recommended to be done at 120k I believe or 60 months. I’m only at 62k mileage. Although this yr I would be hitting 60 months they were honest and told me their opinion would be to hold off. They could’ve just simply done the service and charged me the $125 and sent me on my way. They also checked my engine filter which I was also told I needed but it still had plenty of life. The crew wasn’t just there to take customers money. They genuinely seem to care about people. They are very honest

This is the place you should be going!!! Quick, clean and friendly. You sit right in your car, they are not afraid of you seeing their work because it's THAT GOOD! Service includes checking air filters, lubricating the hinges on the doors, light and blinker checks, brake fluid, filled windshield wiper fluid, check battery voltage and filled tires......they had a whole pit crew helping! They even show you your dipstick after the change, help reset your oil light and provide the sticker for next oil change. And it is such a good deal.....we chose to have one air filter replaced and get the oil change and got out of there just over $100.

GO HERE! There was no wait for an oil change when we arrived and Caleb took incredible care of us! He was very thorough and honest. It was a swift process and we loved being able to stay in our vehicle and he walked through each step of the process. Highly recommend!

Came here today for an oil change for the first time. Had heard good things about this place. All of them were true! Caleb took care of us with friendliness and professionalism, explained everything he was doing, and everything he noticed that may need attention. He was very kind, accommodating and thorough. I will be coming here from now on. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and never had to get out of my car! Thank you Caleb!

Yooper is THE BEST! I will not get my oil changed anywhere else. Their customer service is second to none. They are quick, courteous and always go above and beyond to make sure my car is well taken care of. Thank you Alicia and crew!
