Not sure what other people are talking about, Jeremy came straight away I called him from 40 mins away and he said he'd be there in 30 and he was. Great dude, said his newer trucks were out so he had to bring his old work horse which was great. He charged me the minimum which was also great. We had an awesome conversation on the way back to the shop I wanted it dropped at. Great dude, would love to work for him. If you're in the Oneonta- Sidney area, this is your guy, you can't beat his prices. $110 per hour!! thanks again, Jeremy!

Jeremy was very nice and my car was towed where it needed to be towed. He wanted me to give him my credit card information so he could put it through when he got back to the office. I found that a little unsettling and he allowed me to pay via PayPal and said his office would email a receipt. They never did. I contacted Jeremy multiple times and he told me he would check on it. It is now 3 months later and I NEED a receipt to get reimbursed from Kia and he is reading the text messages with no response as well as ignoring phone calls. If you are going to need a receipt for proof of payment, I recommend going with a different company.
