If I could I will give it no stars, walked in only one guy said hi, we wonder around the floor, no one bothered to greed us, much less talk to us, drove 40 minutes to test ride some bikes, I’ll be taking my business to Euro Sport Utah, superior customer service for sure !! Same bikes with better appreciation to potential buyers. And funny enough I’m writing this review outside of the store, and still no one bothered to check on us. Oh and me and my wife were the only 2 customers in the store, so yea… Horrible customer service!! . Never again.

I would avoid this service department. I recently purchased a new BMW GS from another dealer. While riding through the Ogden area, the bike began throwing multiple error codes and randomly shutting off. With only about 300 miles on the bike, I limped it to this service center hoping to have the codes read. When I arrived, there was no one in the service area as the staff was at lunch. No problem, I waited. The dealership was very quiet overall. After waiting roughly 30 minutes, I was told to wait longer while I watched the service manager and a technician talk for another half hour. When I was finally helped, I was told there would be a charge just to look at the bike, despite it being new and under warranty. Highly recommend this dealership! Worked with Mike and Aiden on a trade, and they were super reasonable and fair. Never felt any pressure from them and communication was top notch. They also got me in and out of there pretty quickly since I was on a time crunch. I will definitely be buying or trading with them for my next motorcycle!

Amazing experience. Great group of guys. Worth the drive from ANYWHERE in the SLC area. They went out of their way to accommodate me taking my time to make choice. Best motorcycle dealer I’ve ever been to in my life hands down! (And I’ve been to quite a few)

I dropped off a kx65 engine casing to get a bearing removed, which I had called in beforehand to ask if they could remove and they said they could. When I dropped it off they said they didn’t receive the call but said that they could still work on it. I waited for 2 hours for them to finish it, then they came out and said they couldn’t finish today but it would be done by Tuesday. I waited until Wednesday and didn’t get a call, so I called them up and a VERY rude person answered the phone and said that it wasn’t possible that I dropped my casing off because it’s a Kawasaki and they specialize in European brands and that they did not even have me in the system, so then he hung up on me.
