Just had a great experience at Young’s River Auto Repair in Astoria. I came in with a car issue expecting it to take a while, but they diagnosed and fixed it in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and the lobby was clean and comfortable while I waited. Quick, honest service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend if you need reliable auto repair in the Astoria area.

We recently moved to the area and decided to come to Youngs River Auto Repair for some car troubles we were having based on their stellar reviews. The reviews were not misleading. We’ve now been here multiple times for each auto issue we encounter, and they will continue to be our go-to place for the foreseeable future. I cannot recommend them enough. They genuinely care, won’t bullshit you, they’re friendly, affordable, they do great work, and I think they’re a perfect example of what an auto shop should be.

I brought my daughters 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander to Youngs River Auto. It had 215,000 miles on it and could not drive more than a couple miles without dying out. I first spoke with Susan and asked to have the car checked out and if the cost to repair was more than it's worth, to please let me know since this was my daughters first car. My daughter only had the car for 6 months. After Josh did the diagnostic on the car, they were very honest and said it would be safer and more cost effective to us to buy here another vehicle. There was no BS on how we could do this and that maybe fix that...very straight forward and honest I highly appreciated that as well as looking out for my daughter safety. Amazing service that's hard to find these days. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟They tracked down an issue missed by others in record time. Clear and quick communication. Josh even picked up a mirror I had ordered and installed it by asking if he could help me out. My Element lives to fight another 250K!! I 100% recommend this small local team!!

Young’s has been absolutely crushing it for me. Helping fix some mistakes from a previous shop and get a recently purchased used Toyota’s suspension and alignment dialed. Fully transparent throughout the process to the point of letting me step back and look at work or potential work. Fair price as well. It’s not always easy finding a solid shop further away from a city with availability. When they are good they tend to be booked. Youngs is understandably busy, yet highly communicative, and have fit me in beyond expectations on timelines.
