Young's Smog Check Center

I called trying to reach their repair shop. The guy that answered the phone started giving me attitude right away. I explained that their repair department was not answering their phone and asked if he could just hand over his phone to someone so I could get a quote. After about 10 seconds of silence he snaps at me and says "That's rude of you to ask that I'm with a customer!" Yea well I'm a customer too. Are you really that lazy you can't walk 5 steps over to the repair shop and hand someone the phone!? If that is the case then I don't want you guys anywhere near my car! REPLY: Young's Smog and Young's Auto Repair are the same business. You even have a picture of Young's Auto Repair on YOUR YELP PAGE. Nice try though.

I have taken my cars here for several years. I am extremely happy with the customer service. Always experienced immediate testing or 5 minute max wait. Very fast and reliable. Honest technician who explains things thoroughly. I plan to keep coming here always.
