I was informed that they no longer replace spark plugs after I made an appointment and dropped off my truck. They initially quoted a price for brake repairs since spark plugs were no longer part of their services. However, they later called back to say they couldn’t replace a brake hose, which was included in the original quote. In the end, the final cost was higher than the original quote, despite fewer repairs being completed. Additionally, they mentioned that someone else would need to handle the brake hose replacement because they can't even do that, which is what they supposedly only do.

This is a great business. Our business and people we know have used them many times. They are great!

Ask for Bobby! These guys are the best. I live in WLR but make the drive because I know the job is going to get done right!!

It’s really sad whenever you call days in advance to make an appointment for service on your vehicle all to show up the day of your so-called time which was walk in first come first serve and they deny you because they say they don’t have anybody that can do that service and they’re 2 to 3 days out. I will never bring a vehicle to this facility again to get service. It’s sad you have to drive three towns over to get good service nowadays.

My family has been coming here since it was built for tires, flat fixes, & wheel alignments the prices, & quality of service have always been outstanding. Good deals!
