This is by far the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic shop! From the start, to the end the representatives of Your Honest Mechanic were professional, courteous, and beyond accommodating! I came in with an issue with an European car, and as soon as they figured out what the problem was, I was directed how my vehicle will be served best! No charges, no questions asked! Now, that is going above, and beyond!!! Also, Ms. Amber Kimball who I believe is the shop manager was one of the most pleasant, and professional auto shop managers that I've ever encountered! I booked an appointment on-line with My Honest Mechanic for the first routine maintenance on my Subaru Forester. The people working there were very professional, friendly, and hospitable. Before doing anything extra they explained what they found, it was a very dirty cabin air filter (I ride with 2 dogs ), showed me the filter, and asked permission to change it. I waited in the lobby while the car was being cared for. They reviewed everything on the checklist prior to recommendations. All work was completed as scheduled and needed, in about the amount of time I was told to expect. The lobby where I waited is relatively small but comfortable and I was offered to help myself to snacks and coffee while waiting. All this cost less than what I would have paid at the dealership using the coupons

I love this place. Every single person that I've encountered has made me feel at home. I trust that they care about the quality of their work. I trust their integrity, and I trust their honesty. The name says it all. Plus they've got great snacks, and Wilson. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.

I went out on a limb and listened to a friend and I am SOOOO happy with everyone I interacted with. I got constant updates and that is something that my regular mechanic does not do. It gives me faith in humanity that this place does not upcharge as much as other places. Thank you to everyone that dealt with me and my truck. Mama loved her girl scout cookies. Got my oil changed today. Scheduling online was quick and easy. It was nice having reminders after booking. The staff were great and gave updates the whole time. The inside is very clean, with a nice waiting area that includes some snacks, drinks, wifi and a TV. The oil change took a little longer than usual but I know they are taking extra time to check stuff out. Overall it was a great experience and I will be a customer again next time and forever!
