Absolutely amazing service and communication. Thomas got back to me right away after I’d left a message about needing a new battery. He was very transparent and gave me such a good deal on pricing! Very knowledgeable in the industry as well. I would absolutely trust and recommend his service to my family and friends.

At first, he was reliable and willing to help me diagnose my car. He offered to fix the problem and we agreed that he would. I tried calling & texting him multiple times to schedule it and he would ignore or make up lies to not work on my car. Also said he was mobile mechanic but wanted me to drop my car off at his home which made me more suspicious.

In this day & age, to find & receive service from a reliable & knowledgeable individual is quite challenging. If not down right impossible. And when I read reviews, I take the good and bed. Everyone is flawed or has flaws. So, when I reached out to Yuba's Mobile Auto Repair, I had read the reviews and did my research on mobile mechanics. On a Sunday afternoon I called and spoke to Thomas. A friendly, individual whom answered my questions. Asked me a couple and said he could assist me. We connected on Monday afternoon. My repair was minor, however if not repaired it could have further damaged my tire and car. I'm exceedingly thankful and grateful for his service. Horrible experience! I hate writing this because I try not to talk to anyone in a bad way. This dude gave me the run around for two weeks claiming he was sick and I even offered to pick up the part or he can drop the part off at my home and he kept making excuses, he took my money and ran! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING COMING FROM THOMAS MOUTH! I’m not even sure if that’s his real name! DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS TRUST ME!

Back in June, I looked online for a local mechanic to fix a Toyota Celica of mine up. He took a couple of days to diagnose it and told me the engine needed to be replaced. He told me he needed a deposit in order to order the engine and to start working on the vehicle. So I paid him half of what we agreed to in cash, and well a few days later, I had some issues that came up and wouldn’t be able to come up with the rest of the money so I told him to please not work on the car and to just refund whatever was owed. I still wanted to pay him for whatever the diagnostic was and anything else I might owe him. Well it’s been well over three months and he has yet to refund me anything. He also isn’t even license so just giving yall a heads up, if you want someone trustworthy, this guy ain’t it. He
