Yuma Honda Service

This is the third interaction with this “dealership”. The word service should not be in the title. We took the car in for a recall (inconvenience) But we get it. No one greets you, no one comes out to say hello, they ignore you even once you get out of the car and go into the office. After standing there for 5-10 minutes someone asked with attitude “have you been helped”. Well no, we have been standing. After the paperwork we were told one hour. Two and a half hours later, “inspection” completed. No repairs, just visual inspection. No sorry for the wait, thank you for your patience, thank you for choosing Yuma Honda. Just a list of items that need to be done at a later date. I will be in contact with Honda as we have not received a survey from them at this point for the sale or first serv

The service department is unarguable the worst when it comes to communicating. NO ONE COMMUNICATES, no one calls, no one knows anything. On top of that, they're rude and unprofessional. Everyone blames one another for not knowing what's going on, but they also get mad at the customer.

Yuma Honda is a wonderful place to service your Honda. Anthony is the Service Manager who runs a well-oiled service center. His oversight of the department results in smooth intake, proper maintenance and short wait times. I just had my transmission replaced. It was a big job and very costly. My Fit is worth the expense. Alfredo my service writer made many accommodations for me to ensure my reolacement was warranted and im excellent condition. I have been a Yuma Honda customer for 7 years. I am always satisfied with the level of service and professionalism my local dealership has to offer.

Yuma Honda is the place to go if you want great customer service. The staffs are very friendly and strive to provide quality service.. Erick Soto is the best Service Advisor I had the pleasure in dealing with all needs for my 2018 Honda Odyssey.
