I first called z brothers, and the first guy on the phone told me that they would look at it. I called again because I was looking around at other places, and then another person told me they would do a diagnostic for $80. At the time I didn't know I could get a free diagnostic somewhere else. So I went in, they checked it out, told me what was wrong with my car, I came in basically as soon as they were closing so I had to wait until tomorrow. Go back tomorrow to fix everything up, but on my receipt instead of the diagnostic being $80 it was $270. I was lied to by the person on the phone, to be fair I should have gotten it in writing. Still it's not right that they did that, please look up online where you can get a free car diagnostic I didn't realize how easy and FREE it was. Other then

Tino is a total lifesaver! Came from NYC to visit Northwell Hospital for a doc appointment and with 15 minutes to go, my car begins to violently shake while making loud banging noises. It terrified my poor family but I was able to make it to the hospital, followed by finding Z Bros via Google. Thank God I did cuz Tino prioritized my urgent situation (I know no one in Mt. Kisco or the surrounding area and my car sounded REALLY bad). I was worried Tino would need to hold my car for a few days but was able to get me back on the road after only a few short hours! When we left, the car felt like nothing was wrong with it in the first place. I only wish Z Bros was closer to NYC, good mechanics can be hard to find!

Nick was cool. He did Wheel alignment 4 new tires and 1 tpms done within a few hours

State inspection. The guy in the front desk or whatever extremely rude. The inspection failed because of the back brakes, he wanted to fix them, but I said my husband will do and when come back purposely he was being rude and mean. If you want to be treated bad just because you refuse one of their services come here.

These guys are really the worst people I’ve had service my car. They’re condescending towards you if you ask simple questions and took my money without actually really fixing the root cause of my problems.
