Trusting an auto mechanic that you don’t know is hard. But Mike, who runs Z Motors, is a genuinely good person. My son was lucky enough to break down in his old RAV4 nearby, on the Southern State, and what might have been a nightmarish experience turned into a positive one due to Mike. He diagnosed a bad alternator and had a new one in within a day, charging exactly what my long-time local guy would have. If you are looking for an expert mechanic who is also an honest, nice, funny person, you found him at Z Motors.

I googled a place near my job that was still open after 5pm to get my inspection. Not only did they do the inspection so quickly, but they moved my fender so that my door would close completely because I had just got into an accident and my door was hitting the side. I didn't even ask. This really nice guy offered to move it for me free of charge and I spent less than $40 at this place. I went to other mechanics for other services and spent like $500 and they didn't even offer.This is definitely going to my new service shop 😊😊

Z Motors was given to me by my neighbor who has used this shop before. He also told me that the owner was an ex Honda trained mechanic. I brought my 2006 Honda Ridgeline after it needed a timing belt. It was also making a terrible noise. I brought it to another mechanic that told me its just the power steering pump. Mike the owner took it off my hands and got straight to work. Awesome communication and excellent work. Would highly recommend him.

Two years ago on Christmas Eve when me and my mom were driving to visit family at like 6 or 7 at night when our rear left brake caliper got stuck shut we just found the closest mechanic shop on the map and hoped they were open, I’m not sure if they were open but there were people there who jacked the car up and instantly diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix using a vice grip and some zip ties, my mom tried to give them money for helping us but they refused to accept it because it was Christmas Eve, she said she later sent them a pack of vice grips off of amazon to thank them, to this day she still tells that story to pretty much anyone who’ll listen

Best mechanic ever.. ask for Mike who will NEVER take advantage of you, like a real mechanic would.. family-ran, reasonable prices, super friendly.
