Zach's Auto LLC

I was referred to Zach's auto repair by a tow truck driver, so I decided employ their services, for a minor repair to attempt to save some money as my primary mechanic can sometimes be costly. Now I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt I would be a disservice to the public if I ignored the horrible service in this particular shop. I initially took my jeep in for a basic motorized drivers side window repair as I've done twice within the past 15 years. When I dropped my vehicle off all the windows in the jeep were operational. I had NO problems with the power windows for the last 15 years that I've had the vehicle other than an occasional window motor replacement. Single-Mom budget friendly! I have a newer model foreign luxury car and had work done at the dealership (too pricey) and foreign car mechanics (pricey and breaks other things). I finally brought my car to Zach and saved myself so much time and money. His expertise is unmatched. Auto parts store couldn’t put in a battery, but Zach got me in quick and installed and re-program it. Big box dealership said my lug nuts were on “too tight” and couldn’t replace the $300 tire I just bought from them, but Zach was able to swap it right away and with ease. My car was leaking oil and he replaced the seal and even showed me my worn belt which he replaced, all for a fraction of what the dealership, the foreign mechanic, or anyone else would charge.
