Zack Jordan - State Farm Insurance Agent

Terrible insurance company. Refuses to write a policy for me even though I have all my insurance through State Farm. Don’t waste your time, find an independent broker. Probably wouldn’t write a bad review if they would have even taken the time to help me find an insurer who would. Will probably cancel all my other policies with State Farm now. UPDATE: they called me and threatened to report me for this google review. Auguste even argued with me on the phone and told me I was lying. I have not lied about anything. State Farm refused to write the policy and their company was rude to me on the phone when I tried to get an explanation. She even repeated my address back to me as a threat. I contacted Zack Jordan's office to get a home insurance estimate. Auguste worked with me to not only provide a home insurance estimate but an auto estimate, too. Both were better than our existing insurer, and less expensive, and Auguste is great to work with. My family was with State Farm for home and auto for several years prior to hurricane Katrina, and when we relocated State Farm declined to write new policies for our new location, but we were happy with them until then. We made the decision to return to State Farm. Zack and Auguste made it easy to do so.
