Zack's Towing LLC

This company seems to have mostly good reviews on here but here is a little of my families experience with them.. These people are very rude and have zero sympathy for anyone! My mother was in a car accident and they wouldn't allow me or my father to get any of her belongings out of her car without payment first by belongings I mean wallet with insurance card ID etc and cell phone. They also told my father she had to be the one to get her belongings mind you she was in ICU with 26 broken bones! Seems to me that this company is just money hungry! Mind you the company my father worked for 30 years closed down so he had been out of work, 2 weeks before my mother's accident my husband had a horrible accident and almost cut his pinky off while working and we were having to drive back and forth

I called this business all the way from Pennsylvania in panic because my dad’s car had stopped near where they’re located. It was Friday night and everything was closed the next day as it was a weekend. Not only did Zack make sure my dad’s car was safe in a shop, he made sure the shop would open for my dad, and he took him to a hotel nearby. I cannot fully express my gratitude and the peace of mind Zack gave me. A wonderful service provided by a kind, respectful man!

Had a blow out in my stinger car hauler. Couldn’t find anyone to change a 19.5 tire. Zacks came through. I recommend these guys

I think my tire exploded!!! He let me drive my van up on the flatbed and it left a trail of what looked like soot LOL. OMG with nerves a little frazzled it was great to be greeted with someone so calm and reassuring. Thanks Zack for getting me to the tire place and being so fast heeeeheh.... Jes saying... my tire went boom.

Just an awesome guy. Picked my Jeep and I up along I-77. Then dropped it off at the garage and then took me to a motel until they can fix my Jeep first thing in the morning. I can't say enough about Zack. You need a tow he is the man to call. Thank you Zack.
