Found Zae’s on TikTok and the work posted made me feel comfortable reaching out for a diagnostics for my car. I got a very prompt response to setup an appointment. He was able to come out the next day top of the morning. The diagnostic is $75 which is very reasonable being that it was accurate and showed me exactly what needed to be repaired. Additionally he directed me sites to order the parts needed that were about 40% cheaper than any of the local auto parts stores and reputable ( the parts took about a week to come in with standard shipping but there are options for expedited shipping). This combined with his great prices for labor made it a no brainer to choose Zae’s. He replaced my radiator, engine temperature sensor, spark plugs, water pump, thermostat and an oil change. My car literally would not start and I had a meeting to get to in 30 minutes, thankfully Zae had pulled into my parking garage (he was helping someone else) and was able to give me a jump! I deeply appreciate his kindness and patience with me- he was able to give me a diagnostic and gave me the next steps for what my car needs! He is very knowledgeable and had all his tools to fix my car!! So so thankful!

I really recommend calling Zae, he definitely knows how to communicate with the customer. He explains everything that's wrong with your car. He's very honest, kind and patient. He has reasonable prices and never disappoints. I've called him a couple times this year to fix my car and gets my car going. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their car.

My car lost all power and my insurance suggested I tow it. I contacted Hector late afternoon, he was in the middle of a job and said he’d be able to get to me in the morning. He was extremely puntual, he was friendly and got right to work. He solved my issue in no time. He was a life saver and I will definitely contact him again when anything arrises.
