I was here yesterday with my boyfriend for his Audi and the service was great !!! Jonathan was very friendly, patient, honest and knowledgeable. We will be using Zambrano’s moving forward. I came back today for my son’s Toyota and once again, I left the shop with a smile on my face. I got to meet the owner, Frankiln, who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His prices are fair and based on our conversation and so far from my experience in the last 2 days with Zambrano’s, this place is a very honest and straightforward mechanic shop.

Was hoping it would let me put 0 stars, but for the sake of the review I have to leave one. If you value your time, money, or vehicle I would recommend looking elsewhere. Zambranos was one of the approved shops through my warranty company, unfamiliar with their work I called to make sure they would be able to do the job(Timing chain) which they assured me they could. I dropped my car off at the end of January 2025. After endless phone calls for updates(Usually ignored) check ups through the warranty company and an egregious amount of patience I have just picked my car up today, April 2025 without a hint of work done to it, a dead battery, and a rusted rotor. Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday. The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street. After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to. I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.
