My Customer service rep was Harold. He was awesome! No, really. He was so knowledgeable about everything during the process. He actually got me way better coverage for less money! Not only that, he was super nice and relatable. He's the kind of person that I would want on my team if I were a business manager/ owner. He's a total asset. I called Xander insurance for coverage of my commercial utility box truck I spoke with the receptionist and explain to her I had a Chevrolet truck making model and that it was a box truck with the bed on the back. They quoted me a price which was in line with my other pricing and I accept it online with a signature. Two years later I was in an accident and the truck was totaled after over a month and multiple on call holds for over an hour I was told that my insurance would only cover the cab and chassis of my truck.
