Zaroo Express Car Wash

I’ve been to this car wash several times, however it’s been several months since I’ve visited. After my most recent visit, I won’t be coming back. I stopped by on a weekday (not in the evening) and purchased the $17 car wash package that included ceramic coating. However, once I went through the wash, it felt like a very basic wash. It also seemed like there was an issue with their machines because my car was not properly dried. My windshield was still very wet, and water was dripping down the sides of my vehicle. I went to the office, but no one was there. I approached a young employee working inside the wash, and he called over another employee, an older gentleman who was very rude. I’ve visited Zaroo Car Wash in Santa Ana several times and usually appreciate it for its convenience—you can get in and out quickly without long lines, and you’re not rushed when it comes to vacuuming your car. The vacuum stations on both sides of the car and the air pressure hoses to blow water out of rims and crevices are great features that set this place apart. However, I was disappointed during my most recent visit. As my car was going through the wash, I noticed there was very little soap used—it seemed like it relied almost entirely on high-pressure water to remove dirt and grime. Thier entry to the car wash is too tight, especially if you have a large vehicle. Im sure many others have complained, i could see the marks of cars hitting as they try to turn in. My recommendation to the owner is just to bite the bullet and just fix this problem. I assume they will have this business for many years to come so why let customers struggle to get in.
