The workers here are great. They wash rinse your car down so that the machines can do what they do. Ill ask them to scrub the wheels too and rinse it a little more if I know my car is extra dirty the machines can only do so much. These guys if you ask nicely will take care of you. Dont expect them to do things to your car because they dont want to be yelled at for scratches and things be responsible owners as well. I tip them when ever I can especially on hot days and holidays. Today was hooked up with my car getting a complete scrubbed down, which I appreciate because I was in a recent car accident that's just less work I have to be in. So far so good. My car was in major need of a wash, and I was in the area. The crew was welcoming and even upgraded my wash level since I was a first time visitor. The vacuums worked well and had nice suction. I’ll definitely return :)

I will never be back here, first and last time. I got the most expensive wash and I feel like I've been cheated. They definitely did not rinse my car as well as the tesla in front of me, I did not receive an air freshener, they did not clean my tires. My car still had dirt that when I was trying to dry it I saw streaks of dirt. Also, I feel the actual car wash itself is so short n you're in and out in like 2 minutes. Not worth the money

This auto car wash was open for a few weeks a couple blocks from my house and I decided to use it on my suburban right after the rains in mid January 2023. I’ve been to a couple of other auto car wash within a couple of miles of this one and this one given it’s new is the worst one. When I was getting washed the attendant sprayed my car off of debris, which was more than others do but it didn’t seem like the actual automated car wash was working well because there were some guys working in testing it before I went in to get it washed. I bought the $15 single priced car wash which is the highest amount you pay at this car wash figuring that my car was pretty dirty from the rain. Zaroo Carwash is exceptional. This is a business that puts a tremendous amount of effort towards customer service and attention to detail. They greeted me on arrival at the ticket machine and took time to personally hose down and scrub my car before it entered the car wash. I couldn’t be happier with how clean and new my vehicle came out. My car looks Brand New! 5/5 ⭐️
