Zavala's 24 hr road tire assistance

So, grateful to this business. Tenants recently moved out of my house and shattered glass or something in my driveway that was not obviously visible. Anyway, 2 vehicles ended up with flat tires. I called the texted back immediately. We did the deal quick and scheduled for the next morning. They were running late and communicated every step of the way. There was a discrepancy with what was quoted via text and what my husband paid over the phone. But, when I addressed it they didn't even get defensive they apologized and refunded the difference. I would recommend 10K%. So, many businesses have lost customer service since COVID. This business is A-1!

So let me start this is not a physical place of business it's only mobile and should not have an address listed on maps. I wastes time thinking i could grab the bad tire of my daughters car bring it there and get it fixed but ending up wasting an hour. Partially my fault but I was only 2 exits down on Bullard figured it would be a slam dunk. So as far as service once I got back to her car they did get out decently quick and the payment process was easy. It did take an hour to figure out that he thought it could be patch instead of replaced. Messaged to see if there was a price difference in a patch and replace got no response. She made it home and today the tire was flat again. The leak was slow and not repaired. In order to fix it i had fill the tire up so we could get it back to here jo

Very simple process start to finish. Showed up on time Very impressed with how the technician went above and beyond to problem solve my tire issue. I will be using them in the future

AAA changed my tire with the spare but had 40 miles of highway driving to get home. Googled for tire repair (it was 7pm) and called Zavala. I was very very hesitant to give credit card but, the service provided by Hugo... really professional and reassuring. Yes, the price was not cheap but the safety cost was priceless. Great service! We lost a trailer tire on the 10 freeway. Damaging the rim. They were so helpful and brought a new rim and tire and replaced it. Fast service and very helpdul.
