My brakes need replaced. I appreciate being able to schedule online. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, it was completed before 2:00, was sent he invoice which I could promptly pay online also. They delivered my vehicle to me at work. So easy and seamless! Great customer service!!

I can't say enough good things about Zeger's. I was from out of town and they took me in on short notice, found someone to help me quickly, showed me exactly what the problem was - even photographing it so that I had something to show my regular mechanic. Everyone at the shop was professional and kind and my car ran great after I left. I wish they weren't an hour and a half away.

They did so great on the first vehicle we took another to them for new tires and to check it over. They found some other issues and needed to replace shocks and struts and some parts in the front end. Estimate was thorough. They gave me advice on what I needed to do and what could wait and all of my options. I ended up doing everything they recommended even though some of the things could wait. And doing this, it ended up, saving me a lot of money and they came in under the estimate Great mechanics great business. Excellent service! As we were driving into Columbus from out of town, the engine malfunction started flashing. Family recommended Zegers. The employees were polite, honest, and efficient. They took care of the issue quickly and we were able to leave town that evening as planned. It’s been a week and the car is driving just fine.

I’d been looking for a new repair shop for a while. Finally googled repair shop’s in Columbus and came across Zegers Automotive. They were courteous and efficient. They did a diagnosis on my vehicle and gave me a printed list of what the truck would need in the future. They also listed costs which is great so I know what to expect when I have something done. Back for my second visit. Got 2 new tires this time. Such a relief to have a decent place to take my truck.
