Zelaya tires corp.

Been using for approximately 5 years for minor tire repair and tire purchases. My last visit was a week ago to repair a tire. Tire was repaired and suggested I purchase tires. Did not purchase tires. So I drive the car and on Labor Day, I noticed they had put the tire on the rim backwards. Anyone knows that will destroy steel belted tires. I take my car back to the shop and discussed with the female handling the customers how the tire was mounted on the rim. She said “that wouldn’t hurt the tire”. The tire was changed. All that being said, was it done on purpose so I would come back and buy tires or was it a mistake. I don’t know but I do know this, I will never go back! Speaking Spanish and laughing while you’re looking at the customer is extremely unprofessional as well! Good reminder of

I got a huge nail in my tire on Federal. As air was leaking, I called Zelayas in a panic and they told me to come in. I pulled into their lot with less than 10psi, almost on the rim. They had me in & out in less than ten minutes with a plug, whole thing cost $15. They really saved my whole day!

Was quoted $230 for an alignment and tire rods. Upon getting the tire rods changed out, the guys said I needed all new tires because the ones I had were "no good" therefore they could not do the alignment until I got new tires. I declined the tires and the alignment, and was told the tire rods would cost me $200. They ordered the tire rods from auto zone and the parts were $40 each and I needed two so that's $80 right? They charged me still $200 for the labor and tire rods with no alignment done.Do not go there!
