Been here over 2 years and love it! Martina, the manager, called me the moment she got my maintennance request, Arturo, the maintennance man, came up within minutes and they had the HVAC team from Archie's out here, two very polite and friendly guys, who fixed the furnace in minutes. First class operation. Thank you all for your excellent work!

I really like living here, when I'm not working there's always something for me to do without getting in my vehicle. The neighbors are nice and welcoming.

The staff is friendly and responds to maintenance requests super quick. The residents are open to welcoming new people. It is quiet and clean and I feel safe here.

The units here are immaculate, with great bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. The views from the second floor are fantastic. The service from the maintennance man is lightening fast, and Martina, the manager, is wonderful. No...i did not get paid to say this. ALSO..the pool is always clean, heated and the grounds around here are beautiful. Great place and friendly neighbors, we are gonna sign up for another year's Lease.

Pleasant environment, need shorter chairs outside pool to make it easier for handicap conditions, I would like to have organized activity for parties put on by the management for holidays. There has been no social events or even a Christmas party. I would like a water aerobics instructor. The newest renters are paying $200 a month for a year less than my rental price, and that does not feel fair.
