Zephyr Auto is hands down the best shop to get your vehicle serviced. Everyone in the office welcomed you even so the pretty dog at the front door greet you great communication about your vehicle issues. Very detailed oriented. Great customer service fast response gets the work done. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here to get serviced.

BMW - To some that stands for Behold My Wheels. Or Bavarian Marriage Wrecker. Etc. For others, BMW means Bust My Wallet. For me, it means I just have a car I love. Love driving it, and I love how well these cars have taken care of me. This is my fourth one. It ain't about anything else for me. Back to that Bust My Wallet thing. I'm always reluctant to take my Jeep for service due to the reputation many mechanics/repair shops have for doing phantom repairs. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. A neighbor recommended Zephyrhills Auto Repair. I read online reviews and scheduled an appointment. I informed them that I thought something was rattling in the front end. They performed my requested services in a timely manner and informed me they couldn't find anything lose on the front end nor did they hear anything on the test ride. The price was reasonable and the staff (including Lacey their white shepherd) was super friendly. I highly recommend them and have now found my go to repair shop.

I had a Neighbor do a brake Job on my van. He couldn’t get the front passenger tire off. I told him it was OK to try anything to get it off. So basically he was drilling it and doing anything he could to get it off but he couldn’t. I took it to Zephyrhills Auto Repair and the guy said he could get it off no problem. Anyone else would’ve told me that I needed a new rim and tire. It is female owned and very respected in the community. I take my van there for Everything.

Since we moved here in 2020 this shop has treated us like family!!!! Always friendly and always accommodating. If your not bring your automobiles here for servicing you are going to the wrong place! Thanks for all you do and done for us!
