Wow, Alex was wonderful. He was my service representative when I brought my vehicle in. It was so refreshing to have someone that took the time to go above and beyond. He made sure everything was done on time for me since I had a deadline to meet that day. Great person and very caring!

Very friendly and professional environment with an excellent waiting room. Went in for an interior detail; for the cost and time spent on my car the service was definitely not perfect and almost seems like it was done with the intent to be quick and cheap for business purposes. I was left with some spots left untouched that i could wipe off with my finger, i’ll be cleaning the rest myself but otherwise, great service.

My service advisor, Alex J, was wonderful. He explained everything in great detail: service, cost, time frame, and why I should get the ceramic coating done. I had decided not to do another coat, but he convinced me I should. The car is beautiful, shinier than when purchased. Time fame correct. I had to wait but it was well worth taking the time to get it done! The receptionist was friendly and pleasant and helpful. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Appreciated.

I got the 5th layer of ceramic and my car looks brand new. Nico was great to deal with & I really like Patricia & enjoy talking to her. Thank you for a great job.

On a Sunday I went on the website and requested a quote for rustproofing, undercoating and possibly a bed liner for my new Frontier. On Monday I received a call from Alex with information and set up an appointment for Tuesday. Alex was friendly and easy to deal with and even worked with me a bit on the price of the Rhino liner. By Tuesday afternoon all the work was done. The Rhino liner looks great. I haven't had time yet to crawl around underneath and see what kind of work was done, but from what I did see they did a great job.
