Zimbrick Body Shop High Crossing

Truly blow away by the care, attention to detail, thoroughness and excellent communication of this shop. I had repairs and replacements done from a road debris incident where I had impacts to the driver side panel of my door, the rear bumper and rear hatch/liftgate. The work speaks for itself, my car looks as good if not better than new, if that’s possible! Not to mention the paint match is incredible! I can’t thank the staff enough.

****RUDE and BAD MANAGEMENT**** I tried taking my VW to Zimbrick and was told by Bryan Pautsch they did not have the tools to fix my VW after a deer hit. Then had the gumption to charge me storage fees as a leverage to move my vehicle for the 4th time to their European body shop. THAT'S STUPID! What a bunch of horse-crap. You are a network of auto dealers and I used to work out of that shop as an insurance rep as a direct repair facility. The shop worked on "all vehicles and types" there and had the tools for VW. What happened to this place? When Tony Baldwin was there he made that place work perfectly. NO ⭐'s for Zimbrick Body Shop on High Crossing. 3 tows to Lynch Auto Body for the WIN!

Excellent service. Great end result. Price beat independent body shop I’ve used before by multiple hundreds of dollars. If you have insurance coverage but don’t use it, ask for the hourly rate they’d be paid had you used insurance. Depending on the insurer, they’ll bill you using the reduced rate.
