I’ve worked in high end auto sales for years and this dealership offered the best service experience. My step daughter lives over an hour away from me and they were amazing with communication to me and handled everything. Another VW dealership had quoted me hundreds of dollars (the vehicle is not even a year old) where they took care of everything and I paid nothing! 100% recommend. Service at dealerships is very hit or miss but they are the best.

The techs are friendly, however our vehicle had a blind spot monitoring system fault and when they told us they fixed it they had just disabled the entire feature. We have the original window sticker and other paperwork showing the car was equipped with that feature. When the vehicle was first purchased, we told them about a timing rattle noise on start, and they assured us it was fine. A few months later they tell us the timing is very bad and needs to be done, which is thousands of dollars, and they deny us ever mentioning it. Corporate called them and the manager said he would “look into it”, then called us back saying it was not getting done. Always very responsive and friendly. Have had good experiences with oil changes and tire replacement and rotation. Even if I decide not to get service done here, I appreciate how quickly they fit me in and the availability of loaner cars when needed.

The service at Zimbrick VW of Madison, as always, was outstanding. My Service Consultant answered all of my questions, kept me informed about what they found out during the service and treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy.

I would have given this a five start rating, but I found out that my tires hadn't been rotated from my prior service visit. It didn't make a difference as I was getting new tires during this visit. I also gave this a four rating as pricing for tires, balance, and alignment weren't all included in the "fully installed" price. More transparency would be appreciated.
