From the moment I got there Tom was very friendly and professional even though I only wanted a quote to show the insurance so that I could get paid and do the repairs myself. Most shops would say either they do the work or show you the door. Tom said either way he was happy to help. I decided to let them do the job and let the insurance handle it. And boy am i glad i did. Tom showed me the damages every step of they way, things that i would have never seen or tried to fix. In the end they gave me back a beautiful truck that Bill painted , did an amazing job and when i pointed out a scratch in the new paint, they immediately and happily rectified it. Bill Z and Tom A did a great job, not only taking of our car but my wife and I. They kept us up to date daily with text messages as to where the car was in repair process. When we got the car back it was just like new. Our car has a 3 step process because of the pearl white and they matched it perfectly.

Zimmer is excellent. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here for body work. They replaced my damaged bumper in short order, the paint matched perfectly, and they even buffed out a spot on the car where rusted, dripping water from a parking garage had damaged the paint. I noticed that they also fixed that; they didn’t even mention it. I give them 6 stars actually! Very friendly also.
