Every experience I've had with this company has been spectacular. I've gone multiple times, and each time the customer service is amazing! A few years back they replaced my transmission and fixed my headlights. I went again recently due to a coolant leak. They're always communicative as to what they're doing. I've never left feeling like the work done wasn't worth the cost at the end. I always feel like I'm getting a good deal. Thank you so much!

We broke down on I-5 in our 86 Vanagon on a road trip to Oregon. Zinda was able to get us back on the road in less than a day. Fortunately, they had the parts we needed onsite and were able to squeeze us in. So happy we found them as this was a short trip anyway. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair pricing! They’ve worked on my cars since I was in my 20s —starting with my Volkswagens and I’m 42 now. Over all those years, they’ve consistently shown honesty, integrity, and genuine care. That kind of long-term trust doesn’t happen by accident. What sets this shop apart isn’t just their knowledge or skill it’s who they are as people. Travis and his family genuinely care. Went in for a fuel filter expecting to pay an arm and a leg i have never been to a shop and payed less then 100$ until today. I try to maintain my own vehicles for that reason but these guys are affordable and very knowledgeable about Volkswagens. Ill be recommending them to anybody who has one thanks for the great service!

EDIT #2 : My van still sits, with a massive oil leak, the amount of money I’ve given them, I could’ve bought a brand new long block. I’m on SSDI, my income is limited. I REALLY wish these dudes would make this RIGHT. Some of the tin is missing, they didn’t put it together right (didn’t want to just yank the motor and do things correctly?)
