Highly recommended. I usually handle most of the work on my own vehicles, but some jobs just aren’t worth tackling without a lift. Steve quoted a very fair and reasonable price to take care of some work on my SUV. Scheduling was easy through email, and the job was completed in about two hours while I waited in a separate area with Wi-Fi. Most dealerships can’t even do an oil change service in under two hours, yet Steve and his team replaced control arms and completed an alignment in less time. I really appreciate their no nonsense, straightforward approach to business.

​I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. While driving my Audi to Austin, I broke down in Dallas. Being from out of state, I was unfamiliar with local shops and received several quotes before a connection introduced me to Zinkwerks. ​Most shops or dealerships try to upsell unnecessary repairs, but Dave and Stephen were incredibly refreshing. Their extensive Audi knowledge was obvious; they diagnosed exactly what my car needed and—most importantly—refused to sell me the "fluff," even though I was willing to pay. Their honesty and character are unmatched. They got me back on the road quickly and safely. If you’re in Dallas and want an honest quote and expert service for your Audi, Zinkwerks is the place to go.

Zinkwerks is the BEST!!! Honest, straightforward, and truly fair. Steve is a master mechanic, and Dave is super helpful and responsive. I have a VW Passat that the dealer said needed thousands of dollars in repairs, so l brought it to Zinkwerks for a second opinion-and it turns out there was nothing wrong at all! Their honesty and expertise are unmatched. I highly, highly recommend these guys!!

Davis is an excellent communicator and unlike a lot of shops actually follows up post job to see how things are going. Excellent work from everyone including Quay who is a talented young tech. The service is outstanding, the team is incredibly friendly, and they take the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. You really feel like they care about doing the job right and treating customers honestly.
