Zio Auto Body and Repair

I want to say two things before I start 1 is Zios did not try to high ball me especially being a female and 2 I AM A PICKY PERSON AND MY CARS ARE MY PRIDE N JOY especially my Mustang ! Now let’s start this by saying my car got crashed into my door didn’t close my hood was popped open, my fender was smashed in to my door, my headlight broken my car looked like it literally was winking at me! A straight hot mess Everytime I seen my baby I felt heart broken 💔 so I shopped around and I ran into zios I filled out an online request that SAME DAY I GOT A CALL AND SPOKE TO MOHAMED ( I hope I spelled that right) Smart smart man he diagnosed everything from the pictures gave me a price that I felt was WAYYYYYYY REASONABLE because as nosey as I am I did search up my parts and let’s say it’s not cheap

Fantastic service and trustworthy estimate. Zio estimated the repair of my car to a certain price, and even though the actual cost ended up being higher he stuck to it. High integrity, and high quality work has my car looking like the day I bought it, but even better. He even detailed the interior for free.

I dont often write google reviews but these guys were so fantastic i had to! A friend recommended them to me, and I drove all the way from Sammamish to work with them which is farther for me but was absolutely worth it. I’ve been to larger chain autobody shops before, but none of those experiences came close to the one I had here. Zio was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed, always keeping me informed and making everything easy. When I got my car back, it looked cleaner than the day I bought it because they even did a full complimentary detail. I couldn’t recommend this body shop enough.

Echoing everyone's positive experiences with Zio. He was able to provide an estimate the same day I called to inquire. His pricing (for a non-insurance-based job) was fair, and he honored it throughout the process. His team completed the work a week ahead of schedule. Sometimes pickup and dropoff took a while because we had to wait for Zio even if other staff members were present. Overall, that did not take away from the good work!

Zio Auto Body Shop did an amazing job! We got quotes from multiple places, and Zio had the most affordable rates without compromising on quality. The work they did was top-notch-everything looks brand new. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service at a fair price!
