I have taken two cars with the 700r trans and had a 5sp trans rebuild.... My trans am trans was rebuilt 3 times I said 3.. the had to sell it because is was in Zion trans obviously for awhile and never fixed correctly. My Corvette was also rebuilt and was never fixed correctly so I made a trailer out of it... The ford 5spd was a success... But lost two cars because of constant failure.... To bad the owner tells a story that is clearly not accurate as this.... Now I have told my side.. ONE MORE THING.... AS LONG AS THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS.... ONLY 50.... REVIEWS SHOULD SPEAK LOUDLY...... I'm very real.. and yes I made a trailer out of one of my vetts and had to sell the trans am... Oops.... Jimmy is the best transmission mechanic I have ever met. Not only did he diagnose the issue correctly he went over and beyond and treated me more than fair on price. He is well worth the wait as he is a busy shop and after fixing my transmission I understand why he has such a following. He is such a great person beyond being a business transaction. He noticed that my brakes were not functioning properly and he took his time out of his busy schedule to fix my brakes to make them safe as he kept saying I can't let you leave here with those brakes in that condition. That goes to show that Jimmy is a good man with a great heart and I'm so glad that the Lord led me there he possibly saved my life with fixing my brakes! And of course highly recommended with his 40 plus years of experience!

I don’t normally write reviews (which I should) but Jimmy and his shop MORE than deserve it! I was in a REALLY tough situation with a LONG ordeal of getting my transmission “rebuilt” by a “retired transmission tech” with “time” (took 5 weeks when he said it would be 1) just to have the transmission go AGAIN less then 3 months later. Jimmy confirmed the guy likely didn’t do much. Out of a truck means out of work for me (self employed) and when I called Jimmy he gave sympathy without being asked. He got me in as soon as he could and got me a good deal on a new Jasper. He was nothing but helpful, informative, understanding and prompt. He REALLY knows what he’s talking about on top of that! I called about a rebuild and he took my information. He called me back after about 2 and a half hours later with the news that his primary supplier didn't support my application, but found a used one for a 1/4 of the cost I was expecting. He gave me the number to the seller, and I was able to secure a replacement transmission. He spent 2+ hours helping me out, and didn't make a penny. All I can say is WoW! Thank you!

Took my car to Jimmy (owner) as it was shaking very badly. Thought it could be transmission. We drove it and Jimmy said it was an axle or bad tire, not the transmission. Very honest person. He has a great reputation and if I do need one, I will be going there. 5 stars
