Zippy Auto Wash

Hands down the worst car wash service, specially the management is rude. Overpriced compared to other car washes in area. Do your self a favor and stay away from * all that glitters is not gold* And i bet the owner will respond saying email them which they never respond to.

This wash and the equipment is nice. What I do not understand is, what sense does it make to prep spray only one side of the vehicle every time? Wheel wells are never touched in the prep area, rockers as well, not to mention they put minimal effort into prepping your vehicle and are extremely quick to send your vehicle even if there is nobody behind you. Especially in the winter, no effort is made to rid the rockers of built-on ice and snow. I understand ice doesn’t always come off, but they don’t even try. The wash just down the road do a complete 360 around your car when spraying it down in the prep area. They always take time to spray out the wheel wells, even if rushed when busy. They will do it as your car is moving into the automatic equipment. They do what they can in the winter to

Update: after the Owners response below. Please see what you have responded and how is it in alignment with the original post? What you asking was already done. Original post: Only if i could give zero stars this place. Poor poor poor customer service, rude mamagement, average wash. Thought to give it a try but going back to Mr wash and their above and beyond service. If your golden wash cannot clean my car leaving the behind dirty and when asked why, you simple say thats how automated car wash works, rather than may be give it a second wash to fix the issue, then tata.

I believe they scratched my vehicle but we’ll never know because unlike waterworks up the road this isn’t a stand up business. Disgusting and I was excited about the perks of this carwash. I’ll be letting everyone I know about this. GO TO WATERWORKS.

We parked and my husband went in to inquire about a fast pass. As soon as he went in to the office, the owner screamed, "Can't park there! Gotta move your truck, can't talk to you!" And we weren't blocking anyone from going into the wash. Never going back here. Rude.
