Zippy Lube & Car Care

Went there yesterday for an oil change and they did not secure the filter properly. I parked my car in my sisters driveway and the oil drained from one end to the other end of the driveway. Immediately, my husband brought the car back to be repaired. Upon completion he asked about the driveway and the manager said to use degreaser on it. Unfortunately, the driveway is totally stained. I went back today to let them know their error caused damage to the driveway. The manager stated, there is nothing they will be doing to rectify the issue. I would never go back or recommend this place. I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs and filing a claim in small claims court. A business that can not assume responsibility for their mistakes should be put out of business.

I came here because I needed a quick oil change and they had great reviews and 4.8 stars. They were alot quicker then I expected. I have been at other places and I am there for hours for just an oil change. They were all very helpful and answered any questions I had. I appreciated that.

No one can run a business and prioritize you the way you would hope. The proof of a good car care place is the thoroughness of the repair. My repair was 100%. I found them fair, honest and professional. Communication in the process could improve, but can’t beat the quality of repair.

Finally I found a car mechanic that is trustworthy, reliable and professional. I've been experiencing so many different car shops in recent years, and all of them were a huge disappointment in many different aspects. The prices are competitive, but more importantly - they are super professionals. I will bring over anyone that I know from my family and will most definitely recommend them for my friends. Best oil change! I have an hour for my lunch break so I needed somewhere quick and reliable! They took me right away! I was in and out and still had time to eat my lunch without feeling rushed! Highly recommended!
