Zippy's Car Wash

Last week I used the manual wash to simply rinse the salt off my car, took about 2 minutes. Pressed the “STOP” button like 10 times but the clock kept on counting, waited another whole minute and it still didn’t stop. Didn’t have time to dink around and wait, plus there were 5 people behind me so I left. Sign on wall said there would be a $10 hold on my card, still haven’t been made whole with any sort of reimbursement. Not coming back here if that’s the actual price of a 2min rinse Edit to your response: does not offer a solution whatsoever

Did a fairly good wash. The touch screen to pay was having trouble in the cold. My biggest issue was their free vacuums had very little suctions and was essentially useless.

Car came out equally dirty as before the wash. Asked the guy to turn of the top brush because i didn’t want my logo to bend on top of the bonnet, he replied “it’s just a Mercedes don’t act like you drive a Rolls Royce” I was pretty confused. Around 4pm (02/06/2026).

Went on December 23 at around 3:28 pm car #836 My vehicle went through the car wash and no water, soap, or wiping was applied to my car. I suspect some error occurred and my car wasn’t actually cleaned or registered. It just went through the car wash without anything being activated. I tried contacting the manager but they were unavailable. No one at the car wash seemed to notice.

Good experience at Zippy's on Walnut. I first entered on the wrong side which looked like the hand wash area. It had what looked like a drive through car wash, not neutral "ride through" where I couldn't enter the proper code. I was sooo confused. I drove through that car wash because someone was behind me to exit back onto the street and enter a different way. Luckily I saw a very helpful staff member who told me I was on the right side. When I put my car in neutral, a seasoned gentleman washed my passenger side windows like an old school car wash. I thought that was cool. My vehicle came out very clean with the wash and wax. They also offer a free 10 minute use of the vacuum with a wash purchase!
