Zips Car Wash

It's great on a monthly or one time basis. I've used on my recent rental cars and they are cleaned to satisfaction of car rental company. I used it regularly when I had a newer Sentra to keep it dust free and shiny. I sold car in 3 hours from posting. One of things that helped it sell quickly was it's nice clean appearance.

How do you take a fully functional subscription based car wash and create a toxic money grubbing experience for your customers? They did a first class job! No bathroom access. Close early. Block off entire front or back parking/vacuuming rows. Don't use a hand held pressure sprayer upon car wash engagement. Non functioning vacuum hoses. Obstructive cone placement at automated entrance. Plastic employees.

I have the monthly where they take it out of my bank account. It’s never done bank. Wrong, the washers have been excellent vacuums work powerfully wonderful the area there is kept nice and clean. I have no complaints. The people are friendly!

Monet was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Her customer service is TOP TIER, she deserves recognition! I stopped by for a one-time wash and ended up going with the monthly subscription. The kiosk is not where her customer service stopped. She also stopped by while I was cleaning my car and gave me a cold bottle of water and checked in with me. 10/10 recommend. The wash is worth it and the vacuums work great. Zips also offers cleaner and towels which is a plus.

GM was extremely welcoming on my last visit, he also kindly addressed my prior questions and concerns. Today, I stopped by to use the vacuums and was kindly greeted by Sophia gifting me a car air freshener just for being a customer (Sophia just started a week ago and is already doing wonderful at her job and has the sweetest personality!). Best vacuums in town, hands down; clean environment; professional customer service since management changed over. Thank you all for taking reigns of the business :)
