Zips Car Wash

I had a great experience at this car wash today. The staff member who helped me (Michael) was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely makes your day better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I told the attendant that I needed my wheel wells cleaned. He told me that any of the washes would cover that but I bought the $18 wash just so it got done right. When I pulled in the person didn’t spray my wheel wells at all, just the driver door and the wash didn’t even wet them. When I pulled around and told the guy I bought the wash from he said “they are dirtier than we normally see but let me take care of it myself.” I pulled in and he sprayed my driver side wheel wells only. When I got done with the second wash, the passenger side wheel wells were still completely dry and dirty. I asked him if he forgot to spray that side and he said they weren’t allowed to go to the passenger side of cars at all. Michael was very helpful/pleasant today and explained the wash pass versus just a single wash which made the wash pass a better value especially because it didn’t have an expiration date.

Hello, I visited your car wash today and unfortunately had a negative experience. The ‘Temp Closed’ sign was very small and easy to miss, and when I entered by mistake, an employee was extremely rude to me. I understand mistakes happen, but I think clearer signage and kinder communication would make the experience much better for customers. I have a membership there and clean my car very often i have never had an experience like today with other employee, it had always been nice, but with this specific employee i can recall always having some kind of negative experience. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.
