Zips Car Wash

Well been going here as a loyal customer driving all the way from buchanan to get my autos washed because my wife went there but drove all the way there last week and wash ran thru and after i seen my windshield is broke on my new Dodge Challenger with only 10k miles and i was told to file a report with the manager so the assistant manager was the only one there which was writing up a damage report on a auto that was washed after me that did damage to a car which was his fathers car - to my surprise they sent me a message today to say there is a sign someplace near the entrance they aren’t responsible for windshield breakage ! So I’m left with a broken windshield from there and they won’t do nothing !! Why go here if they damage your auto and won’t fix it but to just find a way out and don

Best car wash experience hands down... even over the other zips... all the staff here are friendly and helpfull as well as the vacks are always in great shape. They just put in a brand new pump there pretty heavy duty. Oh and the complimentary clearer and towels and convenient trash cans change the car cleaning game. I'm adding to an earlier post... even if there's a line do it it's not a long wait it keeps everyone moving the whole time do it!

I was going to get the lowest price car wash until Rashon recommended the wash that had the under spray because of the snow we had. He greeted me with a smile and with his suggestions help me decide what I needed. It was Wonderful customer service. He is an asset to your company

Jennifer at Zips helped me today and she was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely personable and friendly. I am glad to have have the chance to talk with her and have her help! The car wash itself is good and did what I expected it to. The only issue and why I did not give 5 stars is because the vacuums on the side closest to the building are a bit lacking. The vacuums on the other side however, are very powerful and work well! It was a shame I needed to move sides. If this issue were not here, I would have given 5 stars and I will give Jennifer 10 stars! Watch out for promotions as well. When I came they were running a 50% off monthly membership sale. Which was only .50 cent more than a single basic wash for their plus package membership!

The Zips Car Wash on Challenger Ave in Roanoke VA is Always clean and efficient, unlike there other location on Dale Ave, which is very hit or miss. Also, Anastasia at the Challenger location was very passionate about her job, ensuring I had everything I needed and was happy with the service. Great Car Wash and Great folks working there that obviously care about what they do!
