Zoel's Body & Auto Center

I recently brought my car into Zoel's for 2 body repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased with both experiences. Customer service is awesome, and quality of work is phenomenal ! For both jobs, I was impressed with the estimated repair timelines (accurate) and the frequent updates. I spent a few hours in the shop waiting room, which is clean and comfortable. Michelle at the front desk is efficient, organized, and considerate. Before my second repair, one of the staff members offered to take a test drive with me, where he immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part promptly, and scheduled a slot with me. My car feels and looks brand new post-collision thanks to Zoel's! I highly recommend Zoel's to anyone in need of auto body work.

Bad experience. The actual work was done correctly but the customer service experience was horrible. I had to correct them in the proper way to reinstall my fog light, and they supposedly cleaned my car. They had some 16 year old just banging out cars left and right leaving streaks and not cleaning cars thoroughly. Plus there was a customer service rep named Michelle with the biggest attitude problem. As if I'm bothering her when I call in. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This is only place I go for body work and paint. It was done fast and came out perfect. Thank you Cole and the team. Car looks great.
