Murph is the best, most honest mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Two days before traveling for Thanksgiving, my tire started leaking, and the splash guard came loose. Despite a very busy day, Murph squeezed me into the schedule and gave me quality advice along with reassurance that my car was safe to drive for the holidays. He generously fixed my splash guard at no charge, going the extra mile to make it the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. I really didn't want to leave a bad review because Murph was a nice guy. I took my car in for a rattle under the body. I was told there was nothing wrong with my car and sent me on my way with no charge. Amazing, I thought. As I am getting in my car the next day I notice a large scratch on my front bumper with a yellow color paint that is consistent with the yellow lift used in the shop. Murph vaguely responded to me and I left it at that because I just wanted accountability. I got a second and third opinion on the rattle under the car to find it was a simple fix of a heat shield.

Murph and his team are exactly what you want in a local mechanic. I originally found Zone Kar for an oil change based on the reviews and its proximity to where I live. Everything people said turned out to be true, and then some. Murph uses quality products, gives honest advice that’s clearly in your best interest (not his wallet), and operates with a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. I’ve had my oil change and battery done here and will absolutely continue going to Zone Kar for any future automotive needs. I’d recommend Murph and his team to anyone without hesitation.
