Zoomers RV of Illinois

I bought a new camper from these people in 2023. It ended up having a bunch of leaks. External and internal. Some of the leaks had been bandaged by the crew here at zoomers while it was on the lot. I’m sure they noticed it leaking and chose to improperly fix the issue by smearing a big bead of silicon around the front window instead of removing and resealing the window. I have pictures of the front of the camper the day I bought it where you can clearly see the silicone around the window. I bought the camper and used it and took notes of all the issues for warranty repair. The dealership put in for warranty repairs and was denied because the roof and front window had no inspections while it sat on their lot. We want to share a final update now that we have picked up the RV. After a very difficult start to this process, Zoomers RV ultimately followed through and made things right. From the time the owner personally stepped in to address the pricing issue, everything moved forward as promised. When we returned to pick up the RV, the staff was very helpful, kind, and respectful. The walkthrough was thorough and unhurried, and they took the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable before leaving. Had the best experience at zoomers purchasing our first new camper. Our salesman Joe was great and very knowledgeable. Austin in finance did great getting us the payment we wanted with a great rate. Ralph did our walk through with us and he is an exceptional guy with an abundance of knowledge! Even with the our children trying to get in the way he was personable and didn’t bat an eye! Bought our first camper at Zoomers Rv and all I can say is… holy cow! The staff is just excellent - so friendly and welcoming! Ralph did our walk through and training of how to use everything. He was so great! Ralph is very nice and knowledgeable!! He gave us many tips we will use in the future! I was very impressed. We drove down to Zoomers in Ina just to check out the inventory and found a 2023 Jayco that we really liked the floorplan.We went home talked it over and decided the next weekend to go back down and look at it again and decided it was what we wanted. Our salesman David was wonderful, Jake in financing was fantastic in getting us the best rate, Ralph did our walk through and did a fabulous job showing us everything and answering any questions we had. After we got it home we noticed a couple pieces for our Jayport griddle was missing and Debbie got right on it for us. This is our 2nd new camper experience and honestly it was the best!
