If they put you in dock 4, good luck. Some of the docks are tight. There are a couple docks that are nice and easy to get to. The shipping door is about halfway down. I delivered a full trailer of tires and it took about an hour to get unloaded. The area is kind of tight so if your one of them "drivers" that can figure out how to slide your tandems, you might want to learn. All the people I talked to were nice. They do have facilities you can use if you ask. Over all it was a good place to deliver to.

Took care there to get check engine light fixed, blower motor, tire patched, and some other small things. I was told it would take 2 or 3 days and cost roughly 400 or 500 dollars... 3 weeks later my car is finally done, the bill is 1700 dollars and my check engine light comes right back on the next day after taking the car home. Terrible place to take your car for anything. Estimations arent even close to wait it really will be, and the work they do seems to be half assed. Save your time and money

If you have a long wheel base be prepared to play hell especially if they put you in dock 4. They have 2 docks about 20 feet down that would be a lot easier to back in to, but instead they make you back into the one that’s between buildings and has a curb that you constantly have to run over to get backed in. Will not come back for delivery

Backing up to dock 4 will be as tight as you'll ever see, just try to follow the yellow lines by the dumpster with your trailer tires. The people are friendly and respectful.
