1-800 Radiator & A/C-Smyrna

Sent me the wrong part... Lied to me and said they would be sending me a $350 check for the refund... Some guy from 1800 Radiator shows up at my office but with no check? Asked the guy where my check was and he told me it was actually a credit on my account. I don't advise ordering anything from this place because all they do is lie.

Bought a lot of stuff from here in the past but after today won’t be dealing with this place. I called to get a receipt emailed to me. Stacy didn’t want to help and sounded irritated . While I was explaining to her that” I don’t have an invoice number but my phone number and name should be in the system” she puts me on hold without saying anything . After a few seconds of music the call disconnected. I called back and said “ I think the call disconnected “ ( I know it disconnected but that’s the nicest way to say I think you hung up on me lol) . She gets even more irritated starts breathing hard and tells me she transferred me to someone already. I start talking she transfers me again mid sentence without saying she’s going to transfer me. U ever have to speak to anyone here avoid Stacy a

Stacey is a disgusting rude person. I’m trying to buy a part from this company and she kept breathing hard into the phone with attitude and kept telling me wrong information about my order.
