October 2025 update. Another quick, efficient service for our Honda Pilot A… service. It costs more that estimated, but Jeremy explained why and it agreed with previous service costs that included our 9 speed transmission. June 30, 2025 update. Another great professional and efficient visit. We went for our Honda B13 service and to fix an oil leak from the timing cover. Delivered on-time and on the estimate, no surprises. I love the texts and communications to review/authorize the total work. Thank you Andrew and Jeremy. December 23, 2024 Update. I’m so glad I found Motorcars online. My bmw f33 wasn’t blowing cold air and had multiple other shops failed to address it. I happen to saw all the positive reviews. So took my car there and within few hours they found the issue and got it working again. They are very knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with my experience working with Motorcars International! Jeremy was incredibly responsive, straightforward, and communicative throughout the entire process. He was able to take my initial call after I completed purchasing my vehicle, and had my car in the shop the very next day for some minor repairs. The inspection process was the best I've ever experienced - with a thorough breakdown of work needed with supporting notes and images of recommended repairs. The team spotted and provided images of some cracked bushings that my Audi dealership missed in their "thorough" prepurchase inspection, and Jeremy reassured me that while in the future these would need to be replaced, it wasn't an urgent issue at this time.
