Excellent customer service with overnight delivery. Went through 3 warranty radiators from their competitors in 5 months. Nice to find a quality radiator and I saved $75 from the competitions price.

Couldn't get ANYONE to answer the phone on Saturday the 11th of may @9:30am. Says they are open but just keep getting switched to another line after line until I got the answering machine at Montana Radiator. At least I got to hear a human voice from them. Will get my parts else where. Don't get me wrong price being lower would have been nice but my headache is worth more then spending the day calling.

Found a radiator at wholesale radiator in Lewiston for $167. So I called here to see what they would do, they said $190. So I had my mind made up and just wanted to politely end the conversation with what wholesale was offering, to which the guy responds with "ok, I don't care, bye" and hangs up. That might be the worst customer service I have come across.

Best service, had bought a radiator in Las Vegas 10 years ago. They honored the lifetime warranty when the 10 year old one started leaking around the oil cooler fitting.
