I come here yearly and the staff are always kind and eagerly persist to meet the customer needs. Most definitely recommend and they fulfilled my order completely.

If you own a shop do not order from this place. Their warranty program is a joke. They only pay 35$ an hour for labor which in 2023 is laughable. This warranty program must have been set up in 1980 and never updated. They also only pay whatever all data warranty time is so you're gonna lose even more money on labor. I will be ordering all my radiators somewhere else from now on.

They were staff has been and were super friendly during our visit here. They were helpful as soon as I stepped inside the door. They acknowledged me and asked if I had been helped. They got on to it right away. I highly recommend getting supplies here!

This company is a sham. They sell you the cheapest product they can get and then promise a lifetime warranty on it and then won't help you when their product fails. I bought a radiator for my car in 2010. The last time I tried to drain the fluid about a week ago, the plastic drain plug outer half shattered when I put a screwdriver in and started removing it. I called the company and they said bring it in. So I drove my car in for them to look at (all you have to do is look at the car underneath to see the outer half is gone and the rest is stuck inside the radiator. Oh no, they want me to take the broken part out ( the whole radiator - so then I can't drive the car), and bring the broken plastic shards with (that will have to be drilled out of the radiator drain plug hole) just so that the

Busy place waited a little longer than I expected but left with the part so not disappointed at all just wish they had a more efficient way to get you in and out quickly.
